IRCTC also known as Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation has recently introduced an amazing package to lure travelers from across the county named, ‘Fascinating Leh Ladakh With Turtuk Excursion’.

This package which is for 7 days and 6 nights will kick off in the month of August.

Estimated to be starting around INR 39,000 P.P. (including flight tickets, hotels, meals, and sightseeing), the first batch will commence from Ahmedabad airport on August 12th followed by the second on August 17th, and the third on August 27th.

Travelers will begin their journey from Ahmedabad airport and will enjoy mesmerizing panoramic views of Ladakh. Also, they’ll be taken to various other places like Nubra valley, Hunder, Khardung la pass, Turtuk-Tyakshi village, Pangong lake, and return to the city of Leh.

Here’s the itinerary for the Leh Ladakh Excusrion:

Day 1: Flight from Ahmedabad to Leh airport. Do check in to the designated hotels and relax. This will help you in getting acclimatized to the high altitude.

Day 2: Morning breakfast at the hotel followed by local sightseeing in Leh. This will include exploring the Hall of Fame, famous Magnetic Hill, the confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Shanti Stupa, and Leh Palace on Leh – Srinagar Highway.

Day 3: Morning breakfast at the hotel. After this, you’ll drive towards the Nubra Valley via the world’s one of the highest motorable roads present at khardung la pass. After Check-in and having lunch, we’ll move on to explore Diskit Monastery and sand dunes at Hunder village for a camel safari.

Day 4: After Morning breakfast at the hotel, you’ll be taken to explore India’s last village Turtuk and return to Nubra by evening.

Day 5: Exploring the offroads of Shyok river and reaching magnificent Pangong lake. Night stay will be here itself and enjoy stargazing.

Day 6: Enjoy sunrise at Pangong Lake. On the way to Leh, you’ll explore the Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Explore Leh mall road in the evening for some goodies and buy local items.

Day 7: After the morning breakfast at the hotel, travelers will be dropped off at the Leh airport followed by their return flight to Ahmedabad airport.

This will give you a wonderful experience in Leh Ladakh exploring local cuisines, sharing experiences with local people and so on.
